TOTAL REWARD COMMUNICATIONS
Communicating employee benefits
You want to engage and educate employees on their total reward and promote the available benefits. We'll make sure you can do it.
Because our work involves communicating with large groups of employees, flexibility is very important. We draw from a menu of the most effective reward communication methods, depending on your business and audience:
- Printed statements
- Support literature (folders, brochures, newsletters, direct mail, posters and more)
- Eshots and emails
- Websites/easy online modellers
- Interactive CDs
- USB memory sticks
Often, a blend of online and offline tools delivers the best results.
