O2 UK wanted a well-defined communications programme to promote O2's flexible benefits to 13,000 employees.

Boost take-up and launch new benefits. Messaging had to reach four distinct audiences, with existing channels used to overcome barriers and bring messages home.

A 'campaign in a box' approach for HR managers and internal communicators, delivering maximum impact with minimum effort. The phased programme re-iterated 10 existing benefits and introduced four new ones, with delivery media including: an updated and redesigned 'Your Total Reward' website, intranet pages, e-newsletters, plasma screens in multiple locations, employee mailings, benefits roadshow and poster campaigns.
