Kellogg’s is the world’s leading breakfast cereal producer and employs nearly 2,000 staff in the UK across multiple sites. The whole employee population was in scope for this project, with a demographic stretching from blue collar workers to senior executives.
Client Objectives
The organisation wanted to develop an innovative and engaging communication to excite all employees around its Reward offering, showing them their complete package at a glance. Kellogg’s aimed to reach every employee on a personal level and demonstrate the value of Reward.
Caburn Hope Solution
Caburn Hope developed Kellogg’s’ first ever personalised total reward statements featuring a cereal bowl motif and some of the company’s best-loved characters to grab employees’ attention and shout about the benefits they receive. The bright, bold, jargon-free statements spell out the reward offering for employees clearly and effectively.
