O2 wanted to upgrade its internal pensions channels, to improve uptake and take its pensions strategy forward, targeting younger employees in particular.

Create a website to enable clear communications between employer/employee, simplify the joining process, improve content and create opportunities for interaction. New messaging had to be strong, unambiguous, friendly and inclusive.
